On performance days, the Jackson Hall box office opens 60 minutes prior to show time for all ticketed events.
If you purchased tickets to a Nashville Ballet performance at TPAC, your tickets are available to download through TPAC’s mobile Concierge App. The TPAC Concierge App is available to download for free through the App Store on your mobile device. Prior to your performance, please log into your account to access mobile tickets on your device.
Are you experiencing issues logging into the TPAC Concierge App? Try one of the following steps.
- When logging into the TPAC Concierge App, use the same email and password that you used on TPAC.org when you purchased your tickets online. If you purchased your tickets over the phone or in person, use the same email address to which your order confirmation was sent. This is likely to be the same email address where you receive emails from Nashville Ballet and the School of Nashville Ballet.
- If you cannot remember your password, click the “Forgot Login” button when prompted to enter your login information. You will be requested to enter your email address to receive password reset instructions via email.
- If you are still experiencing issues with TPAC’s mobile Concierge App, please contact the TPAC Box Office at Box Office@TPAC.org or call 615-782-4040.
