Summer Intensive Registration

Review our Student Handbook. The handbook covers what you can expect during Nashville Ballet’s Summer Intensive. This includes information about schedules, packing lists, housing information, etc. Please read this THOROUGHLY before moving forward with enrollment.

Complete the Registration Fee(s) and Policies Form. Submit your Tuition Registration Fee ($150) and Housing Registration Fee ($100) if you will be staying on campus. These fees are non-refundable. Scholarship recipients are still required to pay these Registration Fees.

Pay for your Tuition and Housing. You will be required to pay a minimum of 25% at the time of enrollment. Your remaining balance will be due by March 25, 2026. If payments have not been made at this time, the card on file will be charged to cover the remaining balance.

• If you will be paying in-full, you can do so via the “Step 3” button.

• If you would like to only pay the deposit, set up a payment plan, or have received a scholarship, email intensive@nashvilleballet.com to assist.

• You may only enroll in the sessions for which you were accepted. If you purposely enroll in another session, your enrollment will be cancelled without adjustments.

• Tuition and housing payments are made separately. If you have not paid for housing, you will not be on our roster and thus will not have a room to stay in.

Access the Enrolled Student Portal using the password NBSI27. Please familiarise yourself with this page. It is where you will submit your Doctor's Note, complete your Registration Packet, and find information on student chats, lunches, excursions, etc. When in doubt, check the portal!
